Based on to the price in Sandwell (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample November the average price is £239,102. In December the price was the same at £231,213. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from £235,157.5 to £224,577. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from £229,867.25 to £224,063.5 during March and April.
