Property prices for rent in Kintore (Aberdeenshire)

When referring to the price in Kintore (cities & towns), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during November, the average price is £1,390. In December This price remains at £1,390. During the following two months (January, February) the average price had a considerable fall of 50 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 134 % during the last two months.
